CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI, J.

DATE : 30th AUGUST, 2019 ORDER :

.

Heard learned Advocate holding for Mr. S.B. Tarde and learned Advocate for respondent No.3. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are served, however, they have not appeared.

2.

Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 42 days condoned in filing first appeal. The applicants are the original claimants. They intend to challenge the dismissal of their petition under Section 166 of Motor Vehicles Act by the learned Tribunal. 3.

Taking into consideration the reasons, those have been mentioned in paragraph No.2; though the learned Advocate for respondent

4.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.
