We had issued bailable warrant to respondent No.4 under order dated 17.03.2021. Mr. Latange, learned counsel for the applicant submits that bailable warrant is served upon the then respondent No.4 namely Vasant Ramdas Bhoye.

It is submitted that after the notices were served upon him, he had engaged the lawyer, but the lawyer cold not appear as respondent No.5 who has client. There was communication gap between him and the lawyer concerned. We accept the explanation given by him.
