By this application, the applicants seek permission to serve respondent nos. 11-B and 11-E of appeal as well as civil application by way of substituted service of paper publication in daily Sakal news paper [Pune edition].

and the same is disposed of accordingly.

The applicants to take steps to publish the notice within a period of six weeks and furnish the copies of such paper publication within eight weeks.
