The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal is dismissed on account of non removal of office objections by the order dated 26.02.2020, passed by the Registrar. The delay which has occurred is during the pandemic period and that it should be excluded and the further delay is unintentional and that he would suffer loss in the event the matter is not restored.

In view of the same, the present second appeal is restored. The learned counsel for the

2 ca 4724.2023 applicant is granted four (04) weeks time to remove office objections. Delay is condoned. The order dated 26.02.2020, passed by the Registrar, is set aside to the extent of the present petition.

The civil application is disposed of.
