Delay of 58 days is occasioned in challenging the judgment and order of the learned Civil Judge [ Senior Division ], Ahemadnagar in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 471 of 2011.

Learned counsel for the Non-Applicant contended that there is no sufficient cause for condoning the delay.

The delay is only of 58 days. Averments made in the application are not countered. Hence, for the stated reasons, the delay is condoned and the application is disposed of.
