ORDER

Learned counsel Mr. Mukul Kulkarni is present for appellants. Learned Counsel Mr. M. R. Deshmukh is present for respondent No. 2. 2.
Learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identifcation.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise terms. 4.
Insurance company shall deposit the amount of compensation awarded by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today in terms of compromise. 5.
The minor's share be deposited in fxed deposit and on attaining majority, the amount so deposited be permitted to be withdrawn by the minor alongwith accrued interest. 6.
The Registry is directed to transfer the statutory amount, if any, deposited in this Court while fling the appeal along with accrued interest thereon to the Tribunal. The amount, if any, deposited and withdrawn be adjusted.
7.
The Chairman/Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal shall adjust the statutory amount and amount if any, withdrawn earlier, in the amount of compensation and thereafter take necessary steps for making the payment.
8.
The Court Fee Refund Certifcate be issued as per the Rules. 9.
