Accordingly, we direct the Tahsildar, Renapur to act upon the directions given by the District Collector, Latur on 9th October, 2015, if already not acted upon, as expeditiously as possible, however within SIX WEEKS from today and communicate the said decision to the Petitioners. 3.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
