By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 79 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nanded in MACP No.427 of 2009.

In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed. Delay of 79 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application is disposed off.
