Learned counsel for the applicants informs that in domestic violence proceedings, the matter has been settled and there is reunion between the parties to the marriage.

The applicants before the Court are the relatives of the husband. Copy of pursis filed by Respondent No.2 - wife in domestic violence proceeding is placed on record. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the same, criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [C] and [C-1].
