Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent-husband submits that the amount of Rs.67,000/- is deposited before this Court towards the arrears of maintenance to the applicants No.2 and 3. He submits that during the pendency of the revision before the Sessions Court, the applicant No.3 - Pranjali has also got married. 3.

It appears from the order passed by this Court, the respondent - husband has deposited part of the arrears of amount towards maintenance before this Court. In view of this, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.67,000/- deposited before this Court.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly. 5.
