Though the application is styled as modification of order, in fact there is no error apparent on the face of record while passing the order. It is after the order is passed, the petitioner corrected the memo of the writ petition and thereafter moved the present application.

Considering the fact that it appeared a typographical error in the memo of writ petition itself, we had allowed the petitioner to amend the writ petition after the disposal of the writ petition. 3.

As the memo itself is amended. The correction is required to be made in the order dated 31 st March, 2015 with regard to the Gut Number and the date of the award. In light of the above, the order is corrected with reference to the dates as given in the writ petition. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. [ A. I. S. CHEEMA, J. ] [ S. V.
