Except offences punishable under Sections 452 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code all other offences are bailable one. Co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail. The applicants are alleged to have relieved the informant of cash amount of Rs.8,000/- and some papers. He does not describe what kind of documents of which the informant was allegedly relieved by the present applicants. The applicants have come around to deposit a sum of Rs.16,000/-.

Learned A.P.P. placed before this Court injury certificate of Naimoddin, who has received a head injury. Final opinion regarding the injury has been reserved. Co-accused to whom this injuries have been attributed are said to have been granted anticipatory bail. According to learned A.P.P., those assailants had been there at the instance of the present applicant 4.

When the co-accused, who are attributed with more serious role in alleged offence have been granted anticipatory bail and the fact that the applicants come around to deposit a sum of Rs.16,000/-, orders dated 18th April, 2023 and 06th April, granting the applicants interim anticipatory bail are hereby made absolute. The applicant shall appear before the investigating officer, as and when required for the investigating purpose. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. 5.

If the informant applies for withdrawal of said money, same be paid to him immediately.
