In Civil Application No. 4257 of 2024, the applicants prayed for condonation of one day's delay caused while filing the application for bringing legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant on record.

For the reasons set out in the application, delay of one day caused in bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant on record is hereby

901ca7034-20 condoned. The applicants be substituted in place of the deceased appellant being his legal heirs.

Necessary amendment be carried out within seven days. 4.

Abatement is set aside.

Civil application No. 4257 of 2024, is accordingly disposed off.

In Civil CA 7034, the learned counsel for the non-applicant seeks one week's time to file reply. Stand over to 03.05.2024. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
