Mr. Tambe, learned Counsel for the petitioner, pursuant to the order dated 28/02/2014 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Shrirampur Division, Shrirampur, would urge that the succession certificate submitted by the petitioner came to be rejected by S.D.O. Shrirampur on the ground that the present writ petition is pending. 2.

In my opinion, it will be appropriate for the S.D.O. Shrirampur to accept the succession certificate issued by the

4066.14wp -2competent authority in favour of the petitioner and to proceed further in the matter of claim which is sought to be established before it. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. 4.

Till decision of the S.D.O. Shrirampur, interim relief to continue.

Sub Divisional Officer, Shrirampur Division, Shrirampur is directed to take decision about issue involved in the matter within period of six weeks from today.
