Perused the allegations in the First Information Report and also the material placed on record, and in particular, the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer. It appears that, not only that the acts done by the applicants were without notice to the original complainant but the authority was constrained to observe that, the applicants have done that acts. Whether those acts would attribute criminality or otherwise is a matter for investigation. Upon reading the First Information Report and the documents placed on record, prima facie, it appears that, offences are disclosed. Same need investigation. No case is made out.
