We have heard Mr. Maniyar, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP. Though Mr. Maniyar, learned counsel canvassed submissions at length, we are not inclined to accept the same. We have already considered all these issues while dismissing Writ Petition No. 5520 of 2020 filed by the similarly situated subject assistant.

For the reasons recorded in our judgment dated 23/04/2021 in Writ Petition No. 5520 of 2020, we dismiss the present petition also. No costs.
