This matter is moved for speaking to minutes, as in second line of para 3 of order dated 22.1.2016, passed in this criminal application, inadvertently instead of mentioning "accused No.1" it is mentioned as "accused No.2". So also, in operative part of the said order, instead of mentioning "criminal application" it is mentioned as "criminal revision application". The said typographical mistake is required to be corrected.

In view of above, in second line of para 3 of order dated 22.1.2016 the words, "accused No.2" be read as "accused No.1" and in operative part of the order at both places, the words "criminal revision application" be read as "criminal application". The order dated 22.1.2016 stands corrected accordingly. Motion stands disposed of.
