By this application, the applicant Rahul Nagnath Mane seeks condonation of 11 days delay caused in filing the appeal. 2.

We have heard the learned advocate and the learned APP. We do not find that the delay of 11 days could be termed as being deliberate or inordinate. The application is, therefore, allowed.
