Petitioner has presented disqualification petition to respondent no. 1 - Collector which, according to petitioner, has not yet been decided. Petitioner contends that after presentation of the petition, the Collector has even not directed issuance of notices to respondents. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no. 1 - Collector to decide the disqualification petition presented by petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
