Today, both the sides filed consent terms and requested to decide the matter in terms of the compromise. The Registrar (Judicial) has verified the compromise. The learned counsel representing both the sides have signed on the terms of compromise. They have identified the parties. In view of this circumstance and submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides, the appeal is allowed.

Judgments and decrees given by both the courts below are hereby set aside. Decree is to be prepared in terms of the compromise filed today.
