1] By the present application, the applicant seeks transfer of the HMP No. 236/2022 from the Family Court at Solapur to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Udgir, District Latur.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is agreed between the parties that the HMP No. 236/2022 pending before the Family Court at Solapur can be transferred to the Family Court at Latur.
