After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition. He seeks liberty to approach the Trial Court to prefer an application for discharge.

Permission is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Trial Court to file an application for discharge. If such an application is filed, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
