ORDER

1.

The applicants by these two applications pray that, they be brought on record as legal representatives of deceased Ramlal-original respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for the applicants filed on record certified copies of 7/12 extracts showing the names of present applicants in place of Ramlal @ Ramprasad S/o Ganeshlal Tiwari. The same are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

Heard both sides. Perused the copy of the death certificate. In view of the death of original respondent No.1, present applicants be substituted and brought on record as his legal representatives. Necessary correction be carried out in the cause title of the appeals within a period of two weeks from today. Upon carrying amendment to the title clause, permission to legal heirs of deceased Ramlal to withdraw the amount is hereby granted as he was granted said permission under order dated 29-11-2013 in Civil Application No. 14661 of 2013.

Both the applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
