The application is filed for condonation of delay of 382 days caused in bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 9 on the record. It is contended that there was no information about the death of this respondent and there was no compliance like giving information to the petitioner. In view of these circumstances and submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Amendment is to be carried out immediately in Civil Revision Application.

Notice in C.R.A. to legal heirs of respondent No. 9 is waived by Shri. C.K. Shinde. List the matter for admission purpose on 3.2.2016.
