The civil application is filed by virtue of which challenge is raised to the order dated 18.06.2014 passed by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

We have heard the learned counsel for non applicants. The learned counsel for non applicants oppose the application on the ground that, the same could have been done in the petition itself and no due diligence is stated.

The writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise the non applicants would have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In the light of that, the civil application is allowed to the extent of prayer clause "B". The civil application is disposed of. No costs. 4.
Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today.
