PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the application tendered by the petitioner on 6.5.2016 for determination of rental compensation in accordance with provisions of law and as per the Policy laid down by the State Government in that behalf, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. On such determination, if the petitioners are found entitled to receive the rental compensation, the amount so determined shall be paid to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of such determination.
