Mr Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that proposals are pending with respondent No.3 for starting GNM course. The same is not yet considered by respondent No.3. 3.

The respondent No.3 shall consider the application of petitioners for opening GNM college in accordance with the statute, rules and regulations in force. The decision shall be taken by respondent No.3 / Board and the Government before start of the academic year 2021-2022, if it is possible. The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
