For the reasons stated in the application that respondent no.6 resides at a place far away from the applicant and that he become aware of the fact that respondent no.6 having expired after application for mutation was made by the wife of respondent no.6, the delay of 500 days in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.6 on record is condoned. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The civil application no.5627 of 2016 is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clauses B, C and D.
