Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Limited grievance raised in the present petition is that, though the petitioner filed representation/application dt. 01.04.2015 to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Panchayat), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, thereby praying for implementation of the report submitted by the Block Development Officer, Class-I, Panchayat Samittee, Paithan dt. 07.02.2014, no action as yet has been initiated by the said authority on the basis of the said report.

Since the prayer made is only to the extent of seeking directions to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Panchayat), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, we direct the said authority to take appropriate decision on the said representation/application filed by the petitioner on 01.04.2015, if already not taken, on hearing all the affected parties, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four months from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioners and other affected persons. We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present matter including the Inquiry Report submitted by the Block Development Officer, Class-I, Panchayat Samittee, Paithan to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Panchayat), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and it is left to the said authority to take appropriate decision on merits.
