It appears that the present application has been filed for getting the delay condoned in bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. However, what transpires from the record is that on 27.11.2018, Registrar (Judicial) had permitted the legal representatives of the respondent No.1 to appear in the matter. It was also stated that the necessary amendment be carried out accordingly. However, it appears that the appellant did not carry out the amendment. There is no question of delay. Under such circumstance, no necessity to issue notice to the legal representatives. Legal representatives of respondent No.1 brought on record immediately. Application stands allowed.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to legal representatives, returnable on 18.10.2019.
