ORDER :- Heard learned AGP for the applicant - State of Maharashtra. When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of respondents-original claimants. Perused the application and other relevant documents produced on record.

It appears that, the application is pending without any progress since year 2014. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to preclude the respondents-claimants for execution of the impugned Award for recovery of compensation amount as per law. Hence, the Civil Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. The respondents-claimants are at liberty to execute the Award as per provision of law before the Executing Court. Learned Reference/ Executing Court shall proceed further expeditiously for recovery of compensation amount in this matter.
