Heard the learned A.G.P. for the Applicants at length. Perused the Writ Petition paper book and the order sought to be recalled.

It is quite clear, rather, undisputed by the Government that, the husband of the Petitioner was receiving salary from the State Government. He was working under the direction and control of the State Government for the beggar's home. Having passed away, his legal heir is entitled for gratuity. The Writ Petition carries the prayer for gratuity. Hence, the order dated

3880.24ca (2) 28/02/2024 passed by us in Writ Petition, does not suffer from any error apparent on the face of the order.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, if the Court is not inclined, the time to deposit the amount of gratuity, be extended. 4.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off. The gratuity amount shall be deposited in this Court within a period of 60 days from today.
