The Respondents oppose.

We find that the delay of 70 days is neither deliberate nor inordinate.

As such, for the reasons set out, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The Writ Petition would be restored and would be granted registration, provided all office objections are removed on or before 15th March, 2024.
