After hearing the arguments, when we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief on merits mainly on the ground of delay and laches in as much as request for quashment has been made after twelve years of registration of crime, learned advocate for the applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, considering aforesaid aspects, particularly when on instructions it is being informed to us that charge has been framed way back in the year 2016, it is high time that the Trial Court concludes the trial expeditiously and even out of turn if so

2 cri appln 1584.24 required. So we direct the Trial Court to expedite the Trial and conclude it as early as possible and in any event within a period of four (04) months from today.
