The application is filed for bail. Both sides are heard. The statement is made by the learned Counsel for the applicant that this is the first application filed for bail in this Court.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Sunil Gawade. The incident in question took place on 11.03.2017 at about 5.30 p.m. The allegations are made that in all 29 persons assaulted him and his friends by saying that the complainant and his friends
( 2 ) had become arrogant. The allegations are made that dangerous weapons are used against him. The name of present applicant is given in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. does not show that a specific role is attributed to the present applicant. The injury certificate shows that one injury like fracture of fabula left, two blunt traumas were found on the person of Sunil-complainant. Vikas sustained injury like blunt trauma and CLW. Nana sustained blunt trauma and one head injury. In all three persons were injured and one person i.e. Sunil sustained grievous injury as per report, as there was fracture. The applicant is behind the bar from 12.03.2017. It is not certain how much time will be required for disposal of the case. Therefore, this Court holds that bail needs to be granted to the applicant.

In the result, the criminal application is allowed.
ii.
The applicant-Rakesh @ Sandip Ramesh Bhamre be released on bail, in connection with Crime No.24 of 2017 registered with Mohadi Nagar Police Station, Dist. Dhule, for the offences punishable under sections 307, 395, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, on his furnishing PR & SB of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand). He is not to tamper the prosecution witnesses
( 3 ) and he is not to commit similar offence.
