This appeal is placed before the National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties.

Mr. Rajale, learned counsel for appellant is present. Mr. Jagdish Dattatraya Joshi, Executive Engineer is present and Mr. Abhijit S. More, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 - original claimant is also present. 3.

Mr.G. B. Rajale, learned counsel for appellant - Acquiring Body submits that the appeal is covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018.

In view of the above, this appeal can be withdrawn and accordingly the Acquiring Body is withdrawing this appeal. The 54-fa-4008-16 w..odt

acquiring body out of the 100 % has already deposited 60 % amount of compensation out of which 30 % amount has been withdrawn by the claimant. Therefore, the remaining amount of 10 % which was kept in F.D.R., be paid to the claimants along with accrued interest thereon till date. Remaining 40 % amount be deposited by the Acquiring Body within a period of six months in the Reference Court from the date of this order. This appeal accordingly stands withdrawn and disposed of. No order as to costs.

The Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 6.
