(3) W.P.No. Learned Counsel for petitioners states that the grievance raised by petitioners in the instant petitions stands redressed except decision on the representation/s tendered by the petitioners or such of those representations which would be presented by the petitioners within eight weeks from today to the Deputy Commissioner (Sales Tax). These petitions, as such, can be disposed of with a directions to Respondent No.6 to take decision, in accordance with law, on the representation/s tendered by petitioners and the representations, those would be tendered by the petitioners within eight weeks from today, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today; and it is accordingly directed. The Deputy Commissioner (Sales Tax) shall consider the contentions raised in the representation/s in accordance with law. In the event of taking of any coercive action by respondents, liberty to the petitioners to avail of remedies available in law. With the directions as above, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
