The applicant-State prays to condone the delay of 6 days caused in filing criminal application seeking leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 29.12.2014 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-2, Aurangabad in Sessions Case No. 93 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 306, 323, 506 r.w. 34 of I.P.C.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 6 days is hereby condoned.
