The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the representation is submitted for grant of staffing pattern in 2016. However, the same is not yet decided.

Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for respondent No. 4 - Education Officer (Primary), submits that in case the said representation/proposal is pending with respondent No. 4, he will decide it as per Rules. In the light of that, we pass the following order:-

Respondent No. 4 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar shall take decision upon the representation made by the petitioners, dated 19th December, 2016 (Page 72 of the petition), on its own merits and in accordance with law and as per the Rules, expeditiously and preferably within three months. 5.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
