The petitioner and respondent nos. 2,3 and 8 have filed consent terms to dispose of the petition to the extent of respondent nos.2, 3 and 8 in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The respondent nos. 2, 3 and 8 and the person authorised on behalf of the petitioner appeared before the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) has submitted report after verification as well as identification of the parties. 2.
The advocate appearing for petitioner and respondent nos.2, 3 and 8 have identified respective parties. Parties present before the Court admit the contents of the consent terms
P2-CA-5308-2018 recorded to be truly and correctly and as per the settlement arrived between them. Further they admit their respective signatures on the consent terms filed.

In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, following order is passed:
ORDER
I) Petition stands disposed of in terms of consent terms to the extent of respondent nos.2, 3 and 8.
II) Civil Application No.5308/2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) III) Petition to proceed further as against the respondents other than respondent nos. 2, 3 and 8. Appropriate note be taken in the proceeding i.e. in the memo of the petition as regards the disposal of the petition as against respondent nos. 2, 3 and 8 in terms of compromise.
IV) List the petition for admission on 20.06.2018. ( V.L. ACHLIYA ) JUDGE SPR
