Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 282 days condoned in fling second appeal.

Though the learned Advocate Mr. S. B. Yawalkar is strongly objecting the application, yet taking into consideration the duration of the delay and now after about ten years the matter is coming up, it has to be taken to its logical end. Hence, delay stands condoned and application stands disposed of.
