Mr.Barlinge, learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking validity in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to Tokre Koli - Scheduled Tribe is pending with the Committee since 7.11.2007. As yet, the same is not decided. 3.

Mr.Tele, learned counsel submits that the Committee shall decide the same on its own merits.

Considering the fact that the proposal seeking validity in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2007, the Respondent No.2 Committee shall endeavour to decide the said proceedings expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said

proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
