After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned Order dated 29.05.2013, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Beed in Criminal Revision No. 46/2013, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petitioner is however granted liberty to pursue Criminal Appeal No. 62/2019 filed against accused persons namely Amol Saruk and Kisan Saruk and pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Beed.
