The petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No. 335 of 2015, has withdrawn the petition. The petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs. 30,000/- in this Court. The present application is filed by the respondent in Criminal Writ Petition No. 335 of 2015, seeking liberty to withdraw the amount. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that the writ petition is already withdrawn, the present application deserves

APPLN2096.2015 -2to be allowed. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' of the application and disposed of as such. 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicant is impaired due to old age and, therefore, the amount of Rs. 30,000/- be transferred to the Court of Family Court at Nanded in Petition No. E-321/2014, pending before the Family Court at Nanded.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
