The Petitioners in all these Writ Petitions have an efficacious remedy of approaching the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner or the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, as the case may be, at Nashik for putting forth their claim for interest on the delayed payment of Provident Fund accumulations, from the date of their retirement till 15/10/2022. 2.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off. We would expect the concerned Provident Fund Authorities at Nashik, to deal with the claim of these Petitioners, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 90 days. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
