PER COURT :

1) Heard. Though we are not inclined to allow prayer clause (B) in the petition, however, in view of the undertaking, which is tendered across the Bar on behalf of the petitioner, we are inclined to accept the undertaking of the petitioner, as reflected in para 3 thereof, which reads thus, - "3.

Petitioner submits that, as of now he only prays for direction that he should not be displaced with by an another ad-hoc employee. In that view of the matter, petitioner submits his undertaking that he would not claim permanency over the post of 'Assistant Professor (Law) in respondent No.4 institute and he further undertakes

that he would vacate the said post as soon as regularly selected candidate through MPSC would be available to replace him. "

2) In that view of the matter, till regularly selected candidate is made available, the petitioner shall not be displaced by another ad hoc employee. 3) With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. CA disposed of.
