It is informed that petitioner has already initiated Grampanchayat Dispute No.93 of 2023 before the Collector, which is pending adjudication.

It is claimed that the issue raised in the petition is similar to that of the one in the aforesaid proceedings. 3.

Respondent Nos.8 to 11 to this petition have already caused their appearances and have consented for expeditious disposal of the said dispute. It is also claimed that the said respondents shall not be seeking any adjournment in the matter before the Collector.

The petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent - Collector to decide the dispute, in any case, within a period of eight weeks from today.
