Considering the nature of the application i.e. leave to file appeal against the order of acquittal of the respondent no.1 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shrigonda from the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, permission to withdraw the application is hereby granted.
