The appellant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 273 days in this application, which appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages. The respondents - claimants though served but remained absent. The respondent Nos. 6 & 7 are formal parties.

As such, the delay of 273 days in this application stands condoned. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. The application is accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.6080 OF 2021 :

This court has already granted interim stay to the impugned award subject to deposit of 50% amount of the same. However, the learned counsel for the acquiring body seeks extension 6 weeks

Accordingly, the time for depositing the amount as aforesaid is extended by six weeks.
