The applicant did not comply with the order of this Court dated 3rd February, 2023 and failed to deposit the money on given time. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to transfer the said amount directly in the Bank account of the respondent-wife on or before 12th April, 2023. The learned counsel for the applicant further states that he has already received bank detail of the respondent-wife. 2.

In view of that matter, time to pay Rs. 1,50,000/- has been extended till 12.04.2023.
